Our Mission

"We do more than clean glass, we perfect it" is our mission in a nutshell. Being a perfectionist in the field of window clarity has big advantages for you the customer. It means our mission statement is more than a catchy phrase that we endeavour to live up to, it means it is an intrinsic part of who we are and how we go about what we do so you can be assured of the highest service standard at a fair price. We aim not only to satisfy you with the requested service but also to leave everything else as we found it so no unlocked doors, dirty shoes worn through the house, soiling on the carpet and furnishings or mess, it'll be the same after as it was before.

Our Professional Background

Almost 20 years ago Len became a store manager for two successful multinational firms, one in the hospitality industry, the other in services. He found growth and profit success in both of these roles and received multiple company awards for such. The customer focus, result oriented delivery and high service standards that he was trained in has been much appreciated by his customers and has served him well in his personal business away from the rigid and at times, constraining structure of such companies. It only took a few months performing window cleaning with one of Queensland's 

most established and largest window cleaning businesses to make his mind up to take the step to running his own window cleaning business. After purchasing a small window cleaning business it quickly grew to full time work through word of mouth only, as we have never needed to advertise. Now with over 17 years experience in window cleaning and enjoying the challenges of difficult access and specialised equipment service requirements we have chosen to provide the same high service standard while providing a more all encompassing glass servicing experience here on the Coff's Coast. Being an innovator prompted Len to do much research into what are shower water marks since many customers asked if he could get their shower screens clean. After much study, many years and practical experimental trials we can now confidently claim that we have a superior process in terms of results (both optical clarity and undetectable distortions), speed of service and environmental impact. Now that we're located on the Coff's Coast permanently we've chosen to start with a professional image that reflects who we have always been and the services we have always provided so new business name, shirts, marketing and a website.

With our Apartments situated next to the train station and not far from the beach, we found we were getting a build-up of diesel and sea salt on the windows despite our housekeepers using a commercial window cleaning solution.

We had CCCW not only clean our windows but also applied DFI treatment. After having this treatment applied, our windows have remained sparkling clean for much longer than we have ever previously been able to manage.

This treatment has reduced our wage expenditure and physical labour as our housekeepers are no longer having to lift out heavy double-glazed windows and clean them themselves.
